What Do the Stars Hold for Your Pet?
by Kerouac

CAPRICORN (DEC. 22 – JAN. 20)
Your physical drive is way up, thanks to the peppy season. Translation: Oodles of winter play and family love will fill out your holiday wish list. By January, get ready for a big chill because of untimely changes in your pet or human connections— but you’ll do fine.

CANCER (JUNE 22 - JULY 23)
Rather than have hissy fi ts or dogged days, speak up for your animal rights in December. This time, sensitive Crab, you might get your human caretakers or pet roomies to listen up. During January when the temperature drops wear that silly pet sweater or raincoat.

AQUARIUS (JAN. 21 – FEB. 19)
During the hectic holidays make sure you stay clear of too many visitors and human treats. Hooray for the new year water-bearing animals, because January is the month for you to snooze. Keep inside for safety and comfort and your health will stay in check.

LEO (JULY 24 - AUG.23)
Okay Leo animals, we know you didn’t get playtime in November. The good news is, around the New Moon on December 1st, you’ll get your fun ratio for the month. Meanwhile, do it solo in January and hibernate to maintain your strength and wellness.
PISCES (FEB. 20 – MAR. 20)
The planets are on your side throughout the holiday season. (Read: No tension.) While you’re on a relaxed kick, it’s a perfect month for Piscean hearts to give extra affection to frazzled pets. During January try and tune out household squabbles. (It’s not about you).
VIRGO (AUG.24 - SEPT. 23)
Oh dear, Virgo animals. Due to the planets, you might be prone to not feeling up to par. However, if you take it easy and s-l-o-w you’ll make it to the new year. Once January comes, continue your sleepfest, but do also savor the winter’s sunshine and snowfl akes.
ARIES (MAR. 21 – APR. 20)
The Full Moon on December 15th brings you good cheer and feelings that the sky is the limit. Meanwhile, keep your tail wagging because in January unstable relationships will shake up your world. After midmonth you’ll be back on track like action-oriented Rams.
LIBRA (SEPT. 24 - OCT.23)
Yeah, Librans, this is the month that you may get introspective and ponder about why you do what you do to your caretakers and petpals. During January’s cold days, enjoy your human’s music, healthful snacks, and dangling conversations with you-know-who.
TAURUS (APR. 21 – MAY 21)
Like Aries, by midmonth you’ll be vocalizing your joy amid festive decorations. While Taurean creatures love treats and pampering, avoid toxic holly and mistletoe. When January rolls around, regular exercise will calm you and guarantee a good night’s sleep.
SCORPIO (OCT.24 - NOV.22)
December is a good month to stay close to home, and, of course, you might not have a choice. However, if your human caretakers go out enjoy! Amuse yourself. Caution: Before midmonth in January, the fur may fl y with roomies but then it’s smooth sailing.
GEMINI (MAY 22 – JUNE 21)
It’s time to act, oh responsive one. That means Gemini creatures stop worrying so much about being left alone; it’s better than coping with the stressful holiday hustle bustle, right? Once 2006 starts, seek your cozy safe haven and visit it daily for health’s sake.
SAGITTARIUS (NOV.23 - DEC.21)
Around the Winter Solstice human and pet connections may create challenges for you. You’ll deal with the ups and downs (like adventurous Sagittarians do) through January. Before Groundhog Day, your regular environment will be back to normal, guaranteed!
