Would you like to show off your pet's amazing skills or overwhelming cuteness? Then join PetFolio's "The Pet Folio" group on Flickr to see your beloved pet on the home page!

How To Submit Your Pet Photos to The Pet Folio Photostream:

1. Sign into your Flickr Account. If you don't have a Flickr Account, Sign Up for one. You may link your Google account to Flickr to make your login easier to remember.
2. Upload your photos to Flickr. New accounts require you to upload at least 5 public photos to enable sharing and viewing outside of Flickr. If you don't have at least 5 publicly viewable photos uploaded to your Flickr account, your amazing pet pictures will not show up in The Pet Folio Photostream on the home page.
3. Join the Flickr Group and agree to the group rules. This allows you to add photos to the group.
4. Add your photos! New users sometimes experience a day or two wait before photos appear in the group pool slideshow, even if photos are approved immediately. This is normal.

Photos must be tasteful and appropriate for all ages. All photo submissions will be approved by the group moderators, so it may take a few days before they appear in the photostream.

If you submit a private photo to the group, it will become visible to all group members, who can also add tags, comments and notes. Photostreams may be shared, so only add photos you want the world to see.

Enter your pet in PetFolio's Pet of the Month contest by sending us a YouTube video of your pet playing, being cute, or doing an amazing trick! The winning video for each month will be featured on the homepage in the Pet of the Month Video Stream.

How To Submit Your Pet Video for PetFolio's Pet of the Month Contest:

1. Sign into your YouTube account. You will need to Sign Up for YouTube if you don't have an account. You may link your Google account to YouTube for ease of logging in.
2. Upload your pet video to YouTube.com. We recommend using a modern browser that is updated to a recent version for best results.
3. Give your video a catchy, descriptive title. "Snuggles the Kitten Plays with Yarn" is preferable to "Cat_Video_03".
4. Briefly describe the video in the description box. This can be done while uploading or edited later.
5. Add the tag "PetFolio" to your video so we can verify it's not someone else's video. Videos may be tagged during the upload process, or after uploading. Videos without a "PetFolio" tag will not be considered, no matter how amazing or cute they are.
6. Submit your video to PetFolio through YouTube.
   • In the YouTube message center, compose a new message with the subject "Pet of the Month".
   • Attach a video from your account. Video attachment dropdown is at the bottom of the message composer.
   • Send it to user PetFolioMagazine.
7. Promote your video by sharing it with your friends to increase your chances of winning.

Videos must be uploaded during the same month they are submitted for entry. Old videos, videos from other sources/users, videos containing unlicensed copyrighted material (this includes music), videos without pets in them, videos containing profanity or inappropriate material, and incorrectly tagged videos will not be considered. Videos will be reviewed by a panel of independent judges, and the winner will be posted on the PetFolio home page on or near the beginning of the following month.
